These Terms of Service govern your use of StructuralMind (structuralmind.com and app.structuralmind.com), provided by TAN Software & Engineering. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
01The service
StructuralMind provides cloud-based structural engineering calculations, BIM tools and a REST API. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
02Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
03Subscriptions, trial and billing
Paid plans are subscription-based; the trial period, plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and you can cancel at any time. Taxes are added where applicable.
04Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to gain unauthorized access, to place excessive load on it, or to reverse-engineer it. API usage is subject to your plan's limits.
05Engineering responsibility and verification
StructuralMind is an engineering tool; final responsibility rests with the qualified engineer. You must review and verify all inputs, results and code compliance yourself before relying on or issuing them. The software's output does not replace professional engineering judgment.
06Intellectual property and your content
The platform, software and trademarks are ours. Content you upload or create (models, calculations, reports) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and provide it to you.
07Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant period.
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may end your subscription at any time.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the provider is established. This does not affect the mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
